All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, vehicles, and services at the time of confirmation.
Vehicles are provided strictly as per itinerary and are not on personal disposal. Any additional usage will be chargeable.
Air conditioning in vehicles may not function in hilly areas due to terrain and safety conditions.
Travel in hill regions may involve delays due to weather, traffic, road conditions, or other unforeseen factors. Any additional costs arising due to such situations shall be borne by the guest.
In case of itinerary changes due to natural calamities, road closures, or government restrictions, we will assist with alternatives, however additional costs (if any) will be payable by the guest.
We act as a travel organizer. Hotels, transport, and other services are operated by third-party providers, and we are not liable for their service quality, delays, or disruptions.
We shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused due to factors beyond our control.
