Cancellation Policy

Information about refunds and canceling your trip.

Standard Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

  • More than 30 days before travel: Full refund (excluding booking/transaction charges)
  • 15–30 days before travel: 50% cancellation charges
  • 7–14 days before travel: 75% cancellation charges
  • Less than 7 days or no show: No refund

Special Circumstances & Refund Processing

In case of cancellations due to natural calamities, weather conditions, or government restrictions, refunds will depend on the policies of hotels and other service providers.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
